Avocado, Tomato, & Goat Cheese Salad with Balsamic Drizzle

Serves 2


  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 block of goat cheese, sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • Olive oil

  • Salt


Place tomato, avocado, then goat cheese onto a stack. Make multiple stacks for a plate. Drizzle plate with olive oil and salt. In a small pan on medium-high heat, place balsamic vinegar and brown sugar until the vinegar starts to bubble and reduce. As soon as it begins to reduce, remove from heat and drizzle on plate. Serve.
