Baileys Cream Stuffed Strawberries

Serves a party


  • 1 box (approximately 2 dozen) strawberries

  • 1-quart heavy cream

  • 5 tbsp granulated white sugar

  • 5 shots Baileys


Chop the tops off all the washed strawberries. With a small spoon (a teaspoon works), scoop out each of the strawberries.

Pour the heavy cream and sugar into a large bowl to avoid splattering. Use a hand mixer to blend the two together for about 4-5 minutes until the cream thickens and peaks start to form. Once the mixture is no longer in liquid form, add the Baileys and use the mixer for about 1 minute more until everything is incorporated. Don’t be afraid to taste it just to be sure it suits your crowd! :)

Finally, to fill the strawberries, you can simply take a plastic bag and cut a small part of one of the bottom corners off. Spoon in the cream mixture and turn the top of the bag so it looks like a piping bag. Fill in the strawberries one by one.

To serve, place the tops back on and place on a platter. Enjoy!
