Green Tahini Sauce

Serves a party


  • ¾ cup tahini

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • ½ cup fresh parsley

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro

  • ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp pink Himalayan salt

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 5-6 tbsp water, as needed


In a blender (I used the bullet) or food processor, pour in tahini and garlic. Squeeze the lemon in and add cilantro and parsley. Add cumin and salt and start with a few tablespoons of water. Blend, and add more water as needed to get a smooth and liquid consistency.

Serve in a bowl, garnish with additional parsley.
