4 slices thick sourdough bread, toasted
1 package cremini mushrooms
1 piece garlic
Salt, to taste
Optional crushed red chili, to taste
¼ cup goat’s cheese
2-3 tbsp honey
4 tbsp pesto
Place a pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Slice mushrooms and place in pan with garlic to sauté. Once this has cooked through remove from heat.
Spread goat cheese over toast and add mushroom mixture. Drizzle with honey and serve.
For the pesto bread, spread pesto and then add mushroom mixture from above. Add parmesan if desired :)
