Warm and Spicy Bruschetta

I made this bruschetta as a nice tea time snack and decided to add avocado because it's summertime and why not - the end result was so, so good. The best thing about eating bruschetta in the summertime is that it uses all of the vegetables that are super fresh and in-season. I love adding crushed red pepper for some extra spice - but of course it is just as good without. We also decided to swap out basil with sage, giving the bruschetta an added, earthy taste.

We have fallen in love with vegan mozzarella, but you can easily swap that out for little mozza balls. Grab a nice tea, or a refreshing cocktail or mocktail, and be sure to make several of these toasts because your fingers will keep going back for more!
